PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK) INFORMATION TEXT

In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), as the data controller Cumbul Global We process your personal data under the conditions described below:

1. Your Personal Data Processed: Your data, including your Name, Surname, Email address, Phone Number, Company Name, and the content of your messages, is processed through contact/appointment forms and newsletter subscriptions.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data: Your data is processed for the purposes of conducting communication activities, creating and responding to your appointment requests, following up on requests and complaints, and, with your explicit consent, keeping you informed of corporate developments through newsletters.

3. Legal Grounds for Processing: Your personal data is collected and processed automatically based on the legal grounds of Article 5/2 (c) (establishment or performance of a contract), Article 5/2 (f) (legitimate interest of the data controller) and Article 5/1 (explicit consent) for electronic messages (newsletters) of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law).

4. Transfer of Personal Data: Your personal data may only be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations; otherwise, it will not be transferred to any third party or institution.

5. Your Rights as a Data Subject: According to Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data); you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it is being processed, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and to request its deletion.
